[SOLVED] both internal and usb cdrom don't work
i don't know since when my sony SATA cdrom doesn't work. bios can detect the cdrom, but there is a yellow question mark in front of the cdrom in device manager.i tried to update the driver, but it didn't work. so i bought another sata cdrom, but it still didn't work. finally i bought an external usb cdrom. again, the question mark appear in device manager. so i think it has nothing to do with the driver, should be a registry problem. the think is how to fix it?
i am sick of this cdrom, please help me. thanks! operating system: windows xp |
