Problem with HDD&Flash USB driver

Dear All

I have a problem with my Disktop. It has 2 HDD and both of them bootable and have XP(o/s).
nearly 2 weeks ago it was infected with viruses and in this case once during the boot, it was jump from Disk C: To DisK F: and read O/S from second HDD(DiskF:).

I shut down it at that moment then went to safe mode, run anti virus(MalWareBytes&AVG&Ad-AwaRe&SuperAntiSpayware),all of them are Update) and clean it from all bugs No Infection any more! but since then I can't see my HDD and flash USb drive in Disk Management only Cd and Dvd drive are there.
In My computer I have both HDD and Dvd&Cd&Floppy drives but I cant see and find My Flash Drive(USB).

In Device Manager I can see all of them without yellwo tag.

any Idea

Help please

Regards Al
