Unable to read flashdrive
I use Windows-XP backup utility to backup my office docs. I recently needed to reload the OS so I backed my data up to my flashdrive and verified the backup file was there. After reloading I tried to restore the data but got message saying "no data to restore" or "drive not formatted". Anyone know of a "undelete" command for a flashdrive or why my restore doesn't work? Thanks,
Denny |

Re: Unable to read flashdrive
I've tried two other PCs no good. When you say "fail", the drive itself is readable telling me it has 1G available space(max) so I pressume this means the drive is ok. I have not written anything to it, am just wondering if there is any means of recovery or do you think somehow it got wiped but I don't see how. Thanks for your response I appreciate it.
