D845 GVSR mother board Hard Disk Support

Dear Sir

I want to upgrade my hard disk to SATA 320 GB or SATA 250 GB.

My question is how much GB of hard disk my Motherboard D845GVSR will support

But my Motherboard is Intel Corporation D845GVSR and Bios Version is VA84510A.86A.0030.0402160229
System Bus Speed is 533 MHz
System Memory Speed 533 MHz and L2 Cache RAM 1 MB

Please help me as soon as possible

The Mobo won't be a problem.
What OS? You will need XP w/SP1 or above to run a large HDD.
