folder deleted keeps reappearing
I m using winxp os. I tried deleting a folder from my flash drive but it reappers again with different name and add to that another new folder is also created. i tried opening the folder but it dose'nt open. I tried formatting but no use, this is very irritating. Is it some kind of virus please help.one more thing when i deleted the folder through other pc it got deleted and never reappeared but once i connect it to my pc it reappears again.I am using avast antivirus and it uptodate.it It describes itself as an application folder in properities.HELP WOULD B GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
