Flash Drive
I have an Ativa 4G flash drive. Whenever I put it in the USB, my computer restarts itself - although it did not do this when I first started using this flash drive. I am running Windows XP and Microsoft Word 2007. I have another flash drive (SanDisk 1.0G) that does not do this whenever I use it. I use them both in the same USB port. Does anyone know what is going on with this thing? As you can probably tell, I am barely literate when it comes to computers and technology, so if the "fix" requires major knowledge base and the use of two, three or four syllable computer words, just tell me to throw it away and start over!
