OS: win 200, xp service pack2


Please help cant enable USBController,Keyboard&Mouse depends on it

I was trying to block people from using USB devices so I disabled the USB Controller from the Device Manage but my keyboard and mouse uses USB only what can I do to enable it.Agone to setup but is not allowing me, am using dell Tower. PLEASE HELP

in the device manager click on view at the top and in the dropdown
show hidden devices
then uninstall all listed usb items
turn the computer off
unplug usb plugs
reboot twice
replug in the usb plugs

but my mouse and keyboard are disabled they use USB Ports. I dont know wat to do please help.

reset the cmos then check
pnp
highspeed usb2 is enabled in the bios
usb on boot is enabled
