my computer wont burn or read discs. help!

hi there i also have a similar problem..i have an acer aspire m3100 and recently it just wont read blank discs and let me burn any discs. my computer wont read blank discs and just freezes. sometimes after like a day or 2 it reads the disc but when i burn through nero and windows media player it jus gives an eroor code saying "error - Coaa3o1..does anyone know whats goin on?

try removing the filters
