DAT 72/160 USB Tape Backup Errors
Hi,
We are an IT company who support a lot of companies that use a HP DAT72/160 USB tape Drive the backups are intermittently failing, maybe once a week or once every 2 weeks with an error code 0X800710D8 OR 0X80070458, which indicates the removable storage service is not running or is not starting in time, we have tried the procedure to repair a corrupt removable storage service which has not worked, has anyone been having a similar problem? any help would be appreciated.. Thankyou |
