Sony DVD CRX310EE[MOVED FROM WINDOWS]

Hi, new to this so not sure which area this question belongs under. I have a Dell 3100 fitted with the above CD/DVD player. It plays CD's OK and will play DVD's but without sound. I've tried Windows Media and Real Player - checked the volume controls etc. but find no slider called video or DVD. Is there a simple fix?

Hello John,

You may be missing some codecs.

Download and install K-Lite Codec Pack (Full)
