cd dvd player
My cd dvd player quit working. It also will not install any new programs. Any suggustions?

Thanks for the PM. So deleting the filters did not work? What is the make and model of the CD-Rom Go to the device manager and open the + under DVD/CD-rom Post the make/model # What is the make and model of the computer? Bill |
