USB reduced memory after using boot utility
Hi
I have a cruzer 8gb micro usb memory stick and I used HP drive key boot utility to enable me to boot up my laptop. The laptop booted up successfully but now my 8gb stick only has just over 3 gb memory. Does anyone have any idea how to reverse the effects of the utility, or any way to get my memory back?. I have tried formatting it and contacting HP but it's a bit complicated to find the correct place to post, unlike here. thanks in advance for any help. Andrew |
