ND 2100ad Firmware flash
Hello, i have a NEC ND 2100AD on my pavillion computer is about 4 years old and i cannot write to the DVD-R; i had recently bought. I found out it is because of the firmware not supporting DVD-R/DVD-RW only DVD+R/DVD+RW. I know this has come up befor but the links that are posted are now dead and the ones that do work do not function correctly or just plain confuse me!
 Would someone please show me a link to make the 2100 to a 2500 or to some other way to make it write to dvd-r. And then if it reqires dos or command show me how to do it i have no idea inn dos or cp.
