Drive can't open Blank DVD

I am using Windows XP SP3. With the Benq Dvd Writer DC DW 1680, recently I didn't get any data from the DVD after a successful Data burn from Nero 6. Now whenever I insert a blank DVD and try to open it, popup shows "H:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function". Otherwise everything is OK. I can read any sort of DVD or CD. Please help.

It was such a sily issue which could be known only after you took some pain replying my post.
I could solve the issue only by enabling CD recording as advised in the post:

You're very welcome. I hate those too, one little setting can take a long time to find sometimes.
