Can't Format USB Flash Drive
I recently purchased a 16 Gb USB flash drive and placed an encrypted file on the drive using www.truecrypt.org software. I decided I no longer wanted the file, so I deleted it and now the flash drive needs to be reformated. I tried formatting it (FAT 32) using the default windows function where you just right-click on the drive and click format, but it tells me that Windows can't Format the drive. I am using Windows Vista 64 bit. Any help would be appreciated.
