Help-urgent!!!

hey guys..
i came up with a awkward problem(atleast 4me).. i've got an external hard drive of 93GB..i dont know what happened but today, when i plugged in my drive to the usb, i saw few folders missing.. i earlier suspected that it might have been deleted by mistake but still couldnt remember doing such mistake. i panicked as those folders contained some important softwares, drivers and important data. but when i just cross checked with the sum of memory occupied with the individual folders to the memory the drive is showing me, i found my around 5 gb missing.. i can just make out that those folders which i thought have been deleted r still there but dont know where they r as they r not hidden.. pls help me retrive those folders as they r very important to me..

(sorry for posting this thread on different areas as i dont have slightest idea that the problem is of a virus or a HDD malfucntion or something else..pls help!!)

So you have check for hidden folders?

Other than this, if you truly lost those folders, I dont believe there is any way to bring them back unless you backed them up somewhere else.

hey guys..
i tried on the disktest utility and guess wat, my entire drive is gone..all the data is finished..now it simply shows RAW drive in the device management..i dont know wat to do..is there ANY way to get my data from the RAW hard drive??i'm attaching a pic with it..anybody, pls help to get back my data..
