Microcenter USB

I just got a 8gb USB Flash Drive from Micro Center about a month ago, but it seems now that it won't let write to it or delete from it and has a plethora of other issues.
The "disk is write-protected" error constantly comes up when I try to delete files (and no I don't have the little switch on my drive).

When I attempt to delete the files one by one I get the error "cannot find the specified file, make sure the correct file and path is specified". Its weird because even when it says that, the file is deleted anyway.

When it doesn't show the above it tells me "cannot remov 'such and such': the parameter is incorrect.

I also can't seem to format the wretched thing either.
