mp4 files dont work on my mp4 !

i have a sum vision mp4 player ( KPAC) i can get songs onto the mp4 and pictures but i cannot get any videos on it

help me please

They tend instead to be compatible with the chinese amv or mtv video formats. To know what exact formats are supported, check your documentation (if you were lucky enough to have been provided with some).
