Hi very new to this so i'll apologise in advance and hope I make sense. I've been trying to uninstall BearShare from my cousins pc coz we haven't been able to connect to the internet since installing it. When I try to uninstall I get info box saying "cannot access INSTALL.LOG file". The advice I've been given is to reinstall then uninstall the program or to download an uninstall anything program, problem is all I get is "cannot display web page" when attempting to use the internet. Please can someone help me with this. Thanks Shelly.

If BearShare has been on the pc for any length of time, you are likely infected . . You will first need to clean the system, To do that, click the Spyware Cleaning link in my signature and follow all five steps. Once you post on the Security forum, be patient . . those folks are busybusy
