my computer doesn't recognize this usb plugged in but light is not going on and i cannot take any info from there

Try these steps.
Plug in your USB device. Right-click My Computer, and enter properties. Under the Hardware tab, click Device Manager. Once you're in there, find your USB device from the USB Controllers list at the bottom of the page. Right-click and uninstall it. Remove your USB device from your computer, and plug it back in. It should pop up as a new installation. Hope this helps. -Johnny |
