Jlms XJ-HD166S DVD Drive Problems
Hello,
I have been having a problem with my dvd drive, the jlms xj-hd166s. It will play cds but it cannot read any DVDs (I have tried many to no avail), only giving the error message please insert a disk etc...I run Windows XP and I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, drivers, firmware, deleting Upper and lower filter registry keys and uninstalling the drives under device manager, anyone have any ideas? I have two computers with the same drive and it has never worked for either (at least for as long as I can remember). Any help or suggestions appreciated. |
