Cry [SOLVED] Dvd Burner

I just Bought a Sony DVD burner DRU-V200A windows recognize it but It can't read anything (cd's nor dvd's) I think the connections are good .I hope you guys can help me with this. Thank you

you may need to go to the manufacturers web site & download the firmware and see if this helps

if not try removing the upper and lower filters

it removes filters installed by other software that interferes with the dvd drives running ok
