Does dvd writer burn with wizred interface and compitable in windows xp?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Are you talking about an external USB DVD writer ? I'll move your thread to the removable drives support section.

What's the brand and model of the DVD writer ? It'll work fine with XP and your computer if your computer supports USB 2.0 and if XP is upgraded to at least SP 2.

To check whether your computer has USB 2.0 ports go to start => run and type devmgmt.msc. Expand Universal Serial Bus and check that the word "enhanced" appears in the list.

To check the version of XP go to start => run and type winver.
