DVD RW rewriting/erasing problems
I have a Dell XPS M1730, and it it a true gaming machine. I have no problems at all with my laptop itself with getting things to work but I do have problems getting them to work correctly in XP Media Edition 2005.
So i have a TSST TS-L632H DVD+-RW/CD-RW drive and I can write to any media except Blue-ray of course. my problem comes when I try to rewrite or erase. i have looked on all the tech forums and I have see some reference to changing settings in the registry to fix the problem but i can not find where it tells exactly how. Can someone help me? If there is another way to fix it I am not a novice, actually very versed in Windows, but not sure exactly which keys to change... not that much of an expert. Thank you. |
