DVD/CDROM disappeared
Need help please my dvd/cdrom disappeared, check on my device manager it says my hardware is working fine. when I put a dvd or cd in nothing happens. Can somebody give an idea of what is going on, PLEASE?

did u install some kind of software before? daemon tools for example?
if that doesnt work. try this. remove the dvd rom from device manager and restart. if that dont work,shut down, you can pull out the power cable from the dvd and start up, and then shut down, and replug the power cable. |
