Weird situation:
I installed a new Pioneer DVDR 115D drive and it read discs fine. But as I was burning a folder onto a blank disc (using Nero's InCD) it just froze. I had to do a forced reboot. Now the drive won't read a damn thing -it just says to insert a disc in drive D when there is a disc in. I have tried uninstalling the driver and after restart windows recognises the type of drive just fine. Also tried system restore - still the same, just says to insert a disc. ***? Does anyone have any ideas? Mike |
