I loaded the movie Shutter and my dvd drive will not read the dvd,played 2 other movies ok. DVD drives are both Sony RW DRU-830A.

Try cleaning the DVD.

The movie was a new release on tuesday the 16th, was first to get it, the bank job and peneloeoe opened fine. put in Shutter and dvd player could not open it, kept saying insert dvd andrive not ready
