ISO auto run off my usb on any computer

I Have a ISO that when I mount the image to goes directly to the program on it. I need to use this program on all the computers I look over, about 6. However, I cannot install Alcohol 120%, Damon tools, or other programs like that on them. I have a ScanDisk 8GB Cruzer thumb drive that is u3 capable. If there is a method to get the ISO to run on its own or a program that I can use on my thumb drive could you please assist me on this.
