Dual Layer DVD writer
Which is the best Dual Layer DVD writer on the market, and which would be best for a price of around $70 or £35? I don't care about the writer speed. Also, would it be better external or internal and which are generally cheaper? I'm using a laptop.

if on a laptop your only choice is external. Not sure on choices form there.
