video card cpu m/board ram power supply brand wattage are you running any error message check your tempretures and voltages in the bios and post them loose cable faulty cable faulty drive underpowered system

you need to bring down your cpu tempreture
redo the paste with some arctic silver http://www.arcticsilver.com/arctic_s...structions.htm it should come down by 15-20c
