floppy B: memory parity error
I have just recently installed a second floppy disk drive into my computer and it seems that every time I use Windows Explorer to write to this drive it gives me a blue screen that says MEMORY PARITY ERROR. What in the world would memory parity have to do with a floppy disk drive? That is wired because memory parity is just a RAM error checking method that deals with an extra bit. I have no clue how a Floppy B: drive could cause this! And another thing that I need to mension is this machine has NON PARITY memory!
I dont get it Does anybody have any clue what is going on and how I can fix it? |
