SATA DVD-RW Drive purchase

hey, meatco again.
So, its been a while since my last post, but i was asking about mobos for my new build. well, i love my platform, but when i started overclocking, i had checked that all my hardware was compatible w/ how much i was doing...exept my DVD-RW

well, its fried, so im looking for a new drive. i found one that is SATA, not IDE(

), but i want to see if i need any raid drivers to install before i hook it up.

No, you don't have to install a driver (if that was your question???).
