Re: CD DVDW problem

My CD/DVDW does not work at all. It will not read any cd or dvd that i put into it. The computer just says please insert a disc. It is the ( TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H652D) model. Ive tried going to the samsung website and downloading an update for my driver, but they did not have that model. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've tried rebooting it. Occacionally if I restore my computer to an earlier date, my cd/dvdw drive will work for a couple of days. I do not know what to do.
