hi, i brought some DVD+r's that say they hold 4.7GB, but i tried to burn a file that was 4.6 something, and nero said i only had 4.4 something GB on the disc even thought i had nothing burnt on it, how do i fix this

Its not that the space is disappearing, but it is normal ![]() Usual DVD-R only can hold almost 4.3/4.4 GB data, eventhough the size is mentioned to be 4.7 GB. The same goes to hard drive as well. When you bought a 300 GB hard drive, you might only get to use around 270 GB only. This is because the difference in term of size calculations
