[SOLVED] Computer doesn't see drives

My computer suddenly stopped seeing my D ( CD ROM), E ( DVD ROM), & J (DVD Writer) (external) drives.
What's going on?

Re: Computer doesn't see drives

go into your device manager and see if they are there and if it shows whether or not they are working properly.

Re: Computer doesn't see drives

Device manager shows them there with a yellow exclamation mark in front of each drive. Each drive will open & close like normal and the green indicator light flashes when I close the drive tray.
