CD/DVD drive problem
Hi everyone, I've searched and have not found an answer to my specific problem.
I have an IBM Thinkpad R40 and it has a built in CD/DVD drive and burner. It's been working fine for years but only now did I realize something... 1. My CD drive doesn't eject anymore, no matter how many times I click 'eject' or press on the button on my CD drive. 2. On 'Properties', my CD/DVD drive is now labeled 'CDUDF' and when I put in a CD (by using a burning program like IBM Now), it just says 'UDF DLA'. I only remember the DLA part but it's spelled out on my drive (digital L-something) It has not happened before, but just recently my dad installed a roxio program into this laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's frustrating not getting to use the drive when all my important files are in CD format. Thank you |
