Plug-and-Play malfunction
I have a custom PC running Vista Ultimate.
About two weeks ago my Zune wouldn't connect to my PC. I tried reinstalling the software, updating the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers... no matter what I do, my Zune won't connect to my PC. I just tried to connect my digital camera as well, and it won't read on my PC either. I think there might be something wrong with my USB ports, because no matter which port I try they don't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated; I have a lot of pictures I want to get off my camera. |
