Another, similar problem
I have an internal CD-RW drive on my laptop (Slimtype COMBO LSC -24082K) will read music CDs and DVDs but it will not burn CDs or read my installation CDs for any of my games. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but that didn't work either. Does this sound like a problem that could be fixed? Is there anything else i can do besides buying another drive?
Additional info: -I am working with xp -As I insert the disk, it seems as if it's working, spins much, then stops spinning, then nothing happens, and the sytem doesn't read it. -In the device manager under the cd/dvd-rom drives section, there is a yellow exclamation point on top of the Slimtype COMBO LSC -24082K Icon Please let me know and that you for any help. |
