USB Drives
Hi there. Normal USB devices (mouse, keyboard, mic, webcam) work on my computer however when I use portable storage devices eg Flashdrive, Ipod, PSP they dont show up and cant be read. The computer acknowledges they are there but doesnt respond to them. When I connect my iPod, iTunes tells me everytime that the disk has to be reformatted to be used, which wipes it completely but then the problem repeats. This does not happen with other computers. Could anyone help? Do I have to edit the registry or anything? I use Windows XP, not sure which service pack. But it all of a sudden stopped reading these devices, it used to be fine.
