Could I connect a USB HD with an old cassette-drive machine?
I would like to connect an old computer that uses data tapes to a USB HD. Would this be possible? Could I re-wire a USB cable to accomplish this task? How would I get schematics for data tapes?

Please tell us more about the old system.
If it a SCSI or similar connection, you can just buy the interface cable.
