DVD-RAM drive not responding to DVD+R discs.

My half a year old DVD-RAM drive is receiving my newly bought Imation DVD+Rs as blank CD with 0kb capacity. My old DVD+Rs work fine with it but it doesn't work with my new DVD+Rs. Is it faulty manufacturing?

Hi, welcome to TSF

What make/model is the drive? What speed are the old and new DVDs?

It could be a bad batch of disks. Do you have another computer you can test them in?

uninstall the upper and lower filters
