USB Storage Viruses

every time i connect my any usb devices in my pc,,,,,,it always open through an autorun...they say that it is ravmone.exe affected....it always appears the file "RECYCLER" and "AUTORUN.inf" in my usb storage.....i can't delete beacuse it always reappear every time i delete these files.....i can't even format it because those file are running in hidden process,,,,,my viruscan softwares and registry cleaner can't detect it...how can i solve these problEm//////HELP ME!!!
