DVD-RW and CD-RW can not play?

I have ASUS Laptop and I can't manage to play some DVDs and CDs, actually they are always re-recordable that can not be read. Can I fix this somehow?

What happens when you try to read them? Do they work in other computers?

Moving you to removable media support.

It makes a little bit noise like it's trying to play and after a few seconds it stops. No message, nothing. And dvd or cd normally works on other computers.

What burning program did you use to burn them. If you made a multi-session disk, were you sure to close the session after burning the disk?

I made a multi-session disk with Nero. I don't remember now if I closed the session, I did it normally like many other multi session dvds before. The problem is that I have this problem only with re-recordable dvds or cds.

Make a standard disk, some optical drives are picky about multi-session disks with open sessions.
