(resolved)How to save flash?

I emailed the guy who made this:

and he said it was ok for me to download it. Problem is I have no idea how to download a streaming flash video.

theres what i believe to be the source video, now save it as a SWF file and you're done. Now unless you're content with downloading an SWF player, then you have to code up a local webpage on your hard drive to display, or download an SWF to AVI convertor. At which point the audio doesnt always transfer.
