LITEON DVD-Rw makes my PC hang

umm the problem is dis,

i just bought a brand new PC, the LITEON drive came with it

everytym i insert a cd and when it starts reading it my PC instanly hangs and locks up only thing to do is to restart.... so what do you think's the prob is?

i rilly nid help... REALLY.... tnx

Oh BTW im running WIndows XP SP2

Hi,
If the PC is brand new I think you should return it to the store.
to avoid voiding the warranty on it
