Re: Driver Installation

Hello everyone, IM new at this and thought I should give it a try. I have been racking my brains out here trying to figure out what driver I need to reinstall my cdrom. I have the utilitys disk from Dell, But since my computer is showing there is no cd installed im at a loss as to what to do. I also went to add new hardware and it could not find the appropiate drivers and when I clicked on have disk the cdrom was not in the list. Can someone please suggest some things to do and I also noticed I do not have sound either ugh! In my device manager the cdrom reads: HL-DT-ST-CDROM GCR-8481B
HL-DT-ST-CD-RW GCE-8481B
