Flash Drive ext
Before doing a Recovery, I transferred a great deal of info to a Flash Drive.
All files on the Flash Drive now have a file ext "VME" including original jpg files and I cannot access any of them or figure out a way to transfer these files back to my CPU. Your advice is sought. Thank you |

Welcome to the forums. I can't explain the VEM. I've done a bit of research on the extension and can't find anything on it (except for unrelated things like sound files and an "embroidery" template). Did your drive come with some software thay might encrypt the contents (i.e. Sandisk Cruzers come with "CruzerLock")? That would be my best explanation of that. What exactly does the system do when you try to copy the files over?
