My System

scsi cd rom

Hi there, I know this is probably the wrong place for this but could not find anywhere elso to post.
For some reason both my dvd drives will not open, when I looked in device manager both of the drives come up as SCSI drives which they are not. I have reset the bios but still the same thing, any ideas would be much appriciated.

have you tried deleting them in the device manager then reboot and let windows redetect them ????
