DVD-Rom Porblems

I bought Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Deluxe Edition and went to install the game into my computer which has never had a problem installing DVD-Games but when MSFX asks for the 2nd Disk and i put it in and click the Ok button for it to start loading the 2nd disk. The DVD-Rom stops spinning the light stops spinning and the message saying for me to insert disk 2 keeps poping up even after i click ok. I am not able to Open the DVD door anymore also. I tried to install it on my friends computer and it worked fine. So i thought it was my DVD-Rom so i went and bought a new one and it still does the same thing. If anyone could please help me solve this problem i would appreciate it.

If this is the only DVD you are having problems reading, I am sure replacing the DVD will fix the problem. Not sure why it works on your friends computer. Some DVD drives are more picky than others.
