Greetings Sunil717, and Welcome to TSF.

1. Nero™, usually makes a temporary Image on your C drive.

2. It will depend entirely on how big the CD is that you are copying; however, most CD's are 800Mb.

3. Whenever I use Nero™, at the end of the 'burning' process, and just before you close the program, it asks if you wish to save a log of the project that it has just done...I always say NO; hence, the temporary file is deleted.

I have Nero™ set in its options to confirm the data has been successfully completed; it takes a little longer to do the project, but at least you know that all the data has been successfully burnt onto the CD.

Hopefully this answers your queries, if not please post back and we willexpand on it a bit more.
